This is not the average chick flick, with a wedding approaching trouble occurs when single depressed maid of honour Annie (Kristen Wiig) tries to plan the perfect wedding for best friend Lillian (Maya Rudolph)  however she has a rival, Lillian’s bosses wife, the beautiful but feisty Helen (Rose Byrne). They are joined by other weird and wonderful characters that have been given the role of bridesmaids. The bizarre bunch of women put together just leads to some disastrous and smelly outcomes. Jealousy gets the better of them; this is proven in a game of tennis when the pair start deliberately aiming for each other. The wedding preparations go from bad to worse when the ladies go shopping, eating dodgy Mexican food the day before and being in an expensive dress boutique just does not go together, I think the ladies are asking for trouble. This crude but crazy comedy is sure to have everyone in laughter, however aimed at a more female audience.
