Stephen Manderson or otherwise known as Professor Green is one of the most well-known and successful British rappers that exists today, due to the amount of hard work and dedication to improve his life style as well as himself. Throughout his early life Stephen’s childhood was quite eventful due the neglect from his parents and his strict upbringing by his grandmother which pushed him even further into rebellious behaviour with an unruly group of friends who introduced Stephen into drugs and violence, which he now says was the lowest point of his life because of who and what he became due to peer pressure from people that he actually called friends.

In the year of 2008 Stephens father committed suicide which lead to misery and heartache for the young singer but from that point in his life he stated that he would become a much better person to all of his friends and family as he did not want his past relationship with his father to affect those who he was actually close too as well as those who had been there for him in his life, from this point Stephen kept to his word and quit taking drugs and focused more on gaining back his life and independence.

At the start of every stars career they have a simple yet interesting story of how they became interested in music and how they started their career, yet Stephen Manderson’s is the most unique of all as he stated that his passion for music started after attending an house party with a few of his friends where they started a free-style battle.
